The Rae of Hope Retreat is the Bianca Rae Foundation’s signature program, an annual, one-day leadership conference dedicated to empowering underserved middle school students throughout the Coachella Valley. The retreat has grown from a small community initiative into a large-scale event held at the Palm Springs Convention Center. Through inspirational keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and meaningful discussions, students gain valuable life skills centered on confidence, self-esteem, mental health, leadership, financial literacy, and overcoming adversity. Made possible by generous community partners, sponsors, and hundreds of volunteers, the Rae of Hope Retreat has impacted more than 7,500 young lives since its inception in 2014, inspiring students to recognize their potential, find their voices, and create brighter futures.
